As a Senior IT Project Manager- OT (Operational Technology), you provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives. You drive delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment to business strategy, technology standards, and organizational priorities. You serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping project direction, influencing decision-making, and establishing clear accountability across [function], business partners, and external vendors.
Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise technology programs across infrastructure, cloud, software, cybersecurity, and data platforms, defining program vision, delivery approach, and governance structures
  • Oversee complex project portfolios, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and integration across interdependent initiatives
  • Drive advanced risk management, anticipating organizational, technical, and vendor-related risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams, elevating performance and fostering a culture of accountability
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates and decision frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • 4+ years of progressive IT project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives required
  • 1+ yrs of OT (Operational Technology) experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • CAPM, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise solutions that drive measurable business value
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including infrastructure, cloud services, software development, cybersecurity, and data management
  • Mastery of project and program management methodologies, with the ability to tailor Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches
  • Advanced leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive quality delivery that meets business expectations and enterprise standards
