An IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that software and technology products meet specified standards of quality before they are released. They design and execute test plans, identify bugs or issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve problems. QA Analysts use both manual and automated testing methods to verify that systems function as intended, meet business requirements, and provide a good user experience. Their work helps prevent defects, improve product reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an IT quality assurance analyst?
