Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Towson, MD
 (Hybrid – 60% onsite, 40% remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: Depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale Public Safety IT projects ensuring alignment with County objectives.
  • Track progress, identify issues and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, testing, and acceptance criteria.
  • Deliver executive-level communications and reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate deliverables across teams.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large IT projects.
  • Experience in Public Safety systems (Police, Fire, 911, Corrections).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active PMP certification.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Previous government experience preferred.
  • Must pass a Police Department background check.
