Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing small to major IT projects for various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage IT projects, including system implementations, software upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and attend internal meetings, document project objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects on track in terms of tasks, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and address issues or risks proactively, develop and maintain project management plans.
  • Manage project documents, prepare monthly status reports, and ensure project governance and control.
  • Review deliverables for completeness and adherence to standards and contract requirements.
  • Work closely with functional managers to resolve team members' workload conflicts.
  • Ensure appropriate training and documentation are developed and made available to customers.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and adhere to internal policies governing project work.
  • Develop or participate in the development of procurement documents and coordinate the procurement process.
  • Implement organizational change management practices to ensure successful adoption of project changes.
  • Create and manage risk management plans and risk registries, develop escalation and resolution processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other industry-standard project management tools.
