Job Summary:
Katalyst CRO is a company focused on delivering IT solutions, and they are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of IT projects. Responsibilities:
• Manage IT projects and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Work with business teams to understand and document requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Create and maintain project plans.
• Guide project team members and coordinate their tasks.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
• Identify risks and issues; propose and implement mitigation actions.
• Handle delays or unexpected issues and adjust plans as needed.
• Follow IT security policies and PMO standards.
• Lead steering committee meetings and provide updates.
• Prepare and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
• Assess business impact and support change management activities.
