Goodwin is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Project Management to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across the firm. This role is responsible for driving execution excellence, ensuring strong governance, and delivering projects that align with the firm's strategic priorities.

The Senior Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives-spanning enterprise applications, data, infrastructure, and security-while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery

  • Serve as the program lead for large, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact

  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Drive disciplined project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

  • Identifyand manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints

  • Implement mitigation strategies and ensure proactive problem-solving

  • Establish andmaintainproject plans, status reporting, and documentation

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align on priorities and delivery expectations

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews

Team Leadership & Development

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives

  • Proventrack recordof delivering technology projects in a matrixed, stakeholder-driven environment

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment

  • PMP,PgMP, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or similar certification

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., document management, finance, HR, CRM platforms)
