Responsibilities and Duties:

Staffing and Recruiting: source, screen and qualify passive and active candidates for open requisitions to provide delivery for our clients.

Take job order detailsΒ from the Account ManagerΒ and share details with prospective candidates to investigate potential match and job fit.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to find and engage diverse technical talent and business opportunities across the competitive landscape.

Build authentic and meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams.

Partner with hiring teams to build a recruitment timeline, strategy, sourcing plan, assessment tools, and appropriate job descriptions.

Qualifications

2 - 4 years of ITΒ Staffing orΒ Recruiting or Staffing and Recruiting experience in other verticals.

Proven leadership skills, effective communication, initiative and drive, and strong task management.

Client-facing experience and a proven ability to engage with customers and build lasting partnerships.

Ensure engaging and positive candidate experiences as we continue to scale our organization.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple tasks and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.

Experience: 2 - 4Β years as aΒ Staffing or Recruiting professionalΒ in aΒ Staffing and Recruiting environment.
