Senior Technical Project Manager Position Summary

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading complex enterprise technology initiatives from inception through delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, product teams, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with technical acumen across enterprise applications, ERP platforms, data management, integrations, and cloud technologies. This individual drives strategic initiatives, manages cross-functional teams, mitigates delivery risks, and ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities Program and Project Leadership

Lead multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects and strategic initiatives.

Develop project charters, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.

Drive project execution through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and project status reviews.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Technical Delivery Management

Partner with architects, developers, database administrators, security engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver complex technical solutions.

Coordinate enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or ERP implementation experience.
