Job description

CPMC, LLC is seeking an experienced (Part-time) IT Project Manager to lead strategic programs for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Interior, Human Resources Directorate. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of all IT support and modernization activities. Serves as the primary liaison between DOI, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring schedule, budget, and scope adherence.

Years of Experience: 8+ years (10+ preferred for enterprise or federal programs)

Education & Preferred Certifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field. PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program deliverables and contract compliance.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and resources.
  • Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure alignment with DOI and HRD modernization goals.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
