Job Description:
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering or technical programs involving multiple facets of an engineering discipline.
  • Performs day-to-day management of assigned projects that involve teams of engineers, logicians, and management professionals involved in analyzing, determining function requirements, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex maintenance.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning, and production of all activities associated with assigned tasks or projects.
  • Demonstrates executive/flag level written and oral communication skills.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
  • Master's degree with a discipline in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Business Administration, Applied Science, Administration, Information Management, Information System Management, Management, Professional Studies, Public Administration, Public Management,
  • Computer Science, Leadership, Project Management
  • PMI/Agile Certification Experience with PMBOK, Agile
  • Ten (10) years DoD/Navy Program Management
