IT Program Manager Business Process & Delivery
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager who can partner closely with business leaders to understand, document, and improve business processes, then plan and execute technology initiatives that support those processes
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable in discovery conversations with business stakeholders and in driving disciplined execution across IT teams
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Discovery & Documentation
Partner with business stakeholders to understand end to end business processes
Facilitate workshops and interviews to document current state workflows
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Create clear, consumable process documentation (current and future state)
Planning & Solution Shaping
Lead planning sessions with business and technical teams
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
Define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Provide guidance and recommendations based on experience and best practices
Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution
Program & Project Execution
Own delivery of one or more IT programs or complex projects
Coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors
Actively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs
Drive accountability and decision making
Communicate clearly with executive and operational stakeholders
Stakeholder Leadership
Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders
Set expectations and manage change effectively
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions
