IT Infrastructure Program Manager (IAM/Cybersecurity)

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to provide technical program leadership across a portfolio of identity, access management, and supporting infrastructure initiatives. This role will oversee multiple vendor-led projects, drive complex identity modernization efforts, and ensure high-visibility programs remain aligned with enterprise timelines, budgets, security requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Job Type: Contract 6 months to start
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60.00 $75.00 per hour plus benefits

What You ll Do:


  • Provide program-level oversight for a portfolio of concurrent IAM and infrastructure projects, coordinating third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive planning, scheduling, budget tracking, risk and issue management, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting across active workstreams.
  • Support major IAM modernization initiatives, including an Okta-to-Microsoft Entra ID migration and Active Directory remediation/consolidation.
  • Oversee healthcare-specific identity initiatives and supporting infrastructure projects while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise standards.
  • Partner with IT leadership and vendor delivery teams to resolve blockers, maintain project momentum, and communicate progress on high-visibility initiatives.

What Gets You the Job:


  • Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects or programs, with familiarity across multiple facets of IAM.
  • Strong IT infrastructure project/program management background with experience overseeing third-party vendors and multiple concurrent technical projects.
  • Experience supporting enterprise identity platforms and initiatives involving technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior IT leadership and communicate status, risks, and priorities to executive stakeholders.
  • PMP certification and healthcare industry experience are preferred but not required.
