IT Manager

Lead the Technology That Keeps Our Business Moving

Pedrollo Group USA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity systems that support our growing organization. This is an opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex problems, strengthening security, improving systems, and using technology to make the business more efficient.

You'll work across the organization to ensure our networks, Microsoft 365 environment, business systems, devices, and data remain secure, reliable, and available. From cybersecurity and cloud technology to ERP systems, infrastructure, user support, and technology projects, you'll play a key role in both our day-to-day operations and long-term technology strategy.

We're looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise—someone who can develop an IT roadmap, manage vendors and projects, and still jump in to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when needed.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
  • Manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user administration, security, access controls, and system configuration.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies and technology initiatives that support business objectives and future growth.
  • Lead cybersecurity efforts, including firewalls, endpoint protection, multifactor authentication, identity and access controls, vulnerability management, and security awareness.
  • Monitor the security, performance, capacity, and availability of systems and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
  • Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to protect company information and minimize operational disruption.
  • Support the organization's ERP and other critical business systems, coordinating upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
  • Provide handson technical leadership and support for complex hardware, software, network, cloud, and system issues.
  • Manage IT vendors, consultants, software providers, licensing, and other technology partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies and procedures related to cybersecurity, acceptable use, system access, data protection, and technology standards.
  • Manage employee technology access, including user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, scalability, and the employee experience.
  • Lead technology projects and collaborate with teams throughout the organization on system implementations and process improvements.
  • Manage the IT budget, technology purchasing, software licensing, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, technology assets, vendors, licenses, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with applicable cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including responsibility for infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong handson experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, user identity and access management, and Microsoft 365 security.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, endpoint management, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity tools, controls, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting ERP and other businesscritical systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong handson troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, cloud environments, and business applications.
  • Experience with data backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection practices.
  • Experience managing IT vendors, consultants, software providers, and technology projects.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users and work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives with daytoday IT needs.
  • High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, cybersecurity, or other industryrecognized certifications are a plus.
  • Why Join Pedrollo Group USA?

At Pedrollo Group USA, you'll be part of a growing, family-owned organization with a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service. Technology plays an important role in how we operate, protect our business, serve our customers, and prepare for future growth.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how technology is used across the organization. You'll work directly with leaders and teams throughout the business, strengthen our cybersecurity and infrastructure, improve critical business systems, and help shape our long-term technology strategy.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, make recommendations, implement improvements, and see the direct impact of your work.

If you're an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, strengthening security, and being both a strategic leader and a hands-on technical resource, we'd love to hear from you.
