Locations:- Addison, TX ( Not more than 45 miles)
( 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Note from hiring manager : Looking for someone with technical program manager and how worked with technical team, Hands on exp by Jira application, Change management, Risk management and banking exp only with Tools (PPRT, PMMT, PCM, CeCe, GCP AR, Nexus, ALM, Prism, any of these experience.
Top Skills:

- Good communication skills- lot of talking/ emailing /note taking/ documenting issues in risk

Position Summary
- Responsible for working with a variety of technical teams, product owners, line of business/operations users to support and drive delivery of change for Claims technology applications and infrastructure.
- Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery is on time and within budget.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Ensures all audit documentation is in line with Enterprise change standards guidelines and timelines.
- Supports project reporting and other communications across the teams as required.
Individual Contributor role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end technology project and change management experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking
- Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes in scrum agile framework
- Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans
- Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team
- Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally
- Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
- Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment
- Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) Working knowledge of using JIRA
Desired Qualifications
- Tools (PPRT, PMMT, PCM, CeCe, GCP AR, Nexus, ALM, Prism, Jira, Confluence, (UCRA and CAST optional))
- Working knowledge of the Bank of America Enterprise Change Management Standards
- Working knowledge of the MRA2 evidence/audit requirements and process.
