Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 8โ€“10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or operations environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities
  • Experience with release management, patching cycles, and change management processes (e.g., CRQs)
  • Experience supporting incident management and service operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including working with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
