Your IT Recruiter is helping our client hire an IT Operations Engineer to serve as the IT domain expert across the corporate IT team and help develop a scalable, secure, and reliable technology architecture.

In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and management of platforms and services that support global engineering and operations functions. You’ll ensure the company’s IT systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business growth.

The ideal candidate is a versatile IT professional with strong technical depth, clear communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-paced environments. You’re proactive, hands‑on, and committed to building technology solutions that scale effectively.

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will:
  • Build and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization.
  • Respond to IT help desk requests and provide assistance via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support—escalating complex requests when necessary.
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
  • Lead or contribute to system administration, server support, and project implementation initiatives.
  • Develop and document IT processes and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Knowledge of data protection operations and laws (GDPR)
  • Managed Fortinet network stack
  • Knowledge of MDM best practices
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, and shell scripting
Daily Tasks
  • Build out a scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization
  • Respond to information technology help desk requests and provide assistance via phone, e‑mail, remote access, and onsite support, escalating more complex requests to senior staff members
  • Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
Required Skills
  • 5-7+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace, or other Active Directory systems
  • Experience supporting a broad range of computer systems (Linux, Windows, and Mac)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, next‑gen firewalls, routers, switches, or access points)
  • Experience in deploying, integrating, and administration of SaaS applications
  • Ability to operate in high pressure situations, successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible
  • Experience in creating IT processes and procedures
