What You Will Do As A Sales Operations Manager
As Sales Operations Manager, you will help drive business performance by improving sales processes, reporting, and tools across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into insight, strengthen execution, and support smart business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Improve and scale sales processes, tools, and workflows across the region.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights that support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to align business priorities and execution.
  • Lead reporting and business reviews that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Support CRM and sales systems to improve adoption, data quality, and team effectiveness.
  • Create training and onboarding resources that help teams succeed.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and sales analysis.
