Job Description

KIDAN is seeking MANY practical and versatile IT Engineers in various technical domains to support our clients throughout the French-speaking region (also looking for German-speaking people for our German office). In this role, you’ll work directly with business and technical teams, delivering hands‑on solutions and trusted advice across IT management, infrastructure, and security; helping organisations maximise the value of their technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consult and Advise: Guide clients on a broad range of IT management and security topics; including infrastructure, endpoints, networking, monitoring, and identity/access management.

  • Implement & Support: Deploy, configure, and maintain IT management and security platforms in client environments (e.g., systems for IT operations, endpoint management, infra security, ITSM).

  • Client Engagement: Deliver technical workshops, product demos, and user training; translating complex topics into practical actions for client teams.

  • Troubleshoot & Solve: Provide responsive remote and on‑site support, addressing technical challenges and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with KIDAN’s Swiss and international team, sharing insights, solutions, and best practices in a virtual and multicultural setting.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new technologies, solutions, and trends relevant to KIDAN’s core business areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or systems administration; covering core IT management and security domains.

  • Driving License

  • Broad technical foundations: confident with servers, endpoints, networking, and IT management/security platforms.

  • Practical experience with major technologies such as endpoint security, IT service management, and/or infrastructure solutions.

  • Fast learner, comfortable adapting to new tools and challenges as clients’ needs evolve.

  • Fluent in French and English (German or Italian is a plus).

  • Strong communication skills; able to present technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Why KIDAN?

Join KIDAN if you want to be part of a human‑sized, multi‑cultural, global, and ambitious family‑owned company where care, respect, and ethics are at the core of our culture. Here, you’ll find a vibrant and fair atmosphere that encourages experimentation, innovation, and collaboration.
