Job Description
  • System Administration for Company enterprise systems as directed by the Director of Global IT
    • Windows server, linux server, and networks included
  • Tier 2 help desk and Advanced troubleshooting
  • Scope, design, build and deploy systems for the Enterprise
  • Assist in management of operational systems
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation
  • Contribute to IT team discussions and solutions
  • Train IT staff in different technical areas
  • This position could include up to 25% travel

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a professional information technology environment
  • Proficiency with virtualization and cloud environments (Hyper-V, VMware), Microsoft Cloud Azure, (dedicates instance ,VPNs, storage groups , etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.) Windows 11 environment and Windows Server 2019-2022-2025
  • Experience troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, network traffic analysis and network security (MFA, VPN, VLAN, etc)
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Windows PowerShell scripting
  • Proficiency with InTune MDM
  • Experience with Cyber Security tools and frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, scheduling and time management skills with the ability to be flexible
  • Ability to act on own initiative and maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers and clients
  • Ability to explain technology and technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills to identify and overcome issues
  • Strong desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experience
