Netsmart is growing our Las Vegas team and looking to add a capable, self-driven IT Support Analyst to support our local office and clients.
We need someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable being the go-to person for a wide range of IT needs. This role is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot issues, support users, assess client environments, and recommend practical technology improvements.
What You’ll Do:
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing client IT systems and identifying efficiencies and improving operational performance using technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical solutions aligned with client needs
  • Provide onsite and remote support for clients during office hours.
  • Performing system maintenance, patching, and cybersecurity tasks when necessary
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtual environments
  • Supporting Client Servers potentially including VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Configuring and troubleshooting networking systems (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
  • Advising clients on AI-powered tools and workflow automations
  • Acting as a professional brand ambassador for Netsmart in the Las Vegas region
Who we need:
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of a wide variety of IT responsibilities. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, provides excellent client service, and can work effectively on their own while knowing when to collaborate with the broader team.
Your technical strengths include:
  • Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Azure – Entra ID, Intune, cloud configuration
  • Cybersecurity – Endpoint protection and configuration and other cyber security controls
  • Windows Server – Active Directory, GPOs, system reliability
  • Virtualization – VMware or Hyper-V management
  • Networking – Firewalls, switches, routing, and network security fundamentals is an asset
Certifications:
Relevant certifications are considered an asset, including:
  • Microsoft: MS-100, AZ-104, MS-500, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Intune-related certifications
  • Cybersecurity: Security+, CISSP, CEH, CySA+
  • Networking: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto ACE
  • AI, automation, or emerging technology certifications or training
Certifications are valued, but hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent client service are equally important.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must be based In Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Fluent in reading and writing English
  • Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, support local clients, and report to the Las Vegas IT Manager, with technical escalation through Netsmart's established technical management structure.

  • Must complete a background check prior to hire as the job requires working with sensitive data and secure networks
