Position Responsibilities
  • Support receiving, shipping and tracking of IT hardware and software from the vendor to end users across our North American locations.
  • Assist with equipment disposal and recycling.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT-related assets.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits, perform reconciliations, and work with management to identify process improvements.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel and Access.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
