About the Role:
The Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager is responsible to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our hybrid IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of both cloud-based and on-premise systems, while leading a team of infrastructure professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage a Data Center Operations Team responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensures electrical, HVAC, and other data center environmental systems are routinely monitored and warning and alarms are timely inspected and triaged.
  • Develop strategies and plans for the implementation of IT solutions
  • Maintain complete and accurate inventories of Infrastructure related assets, configurations, and other systems as required.
  • Manage and coordinate work projects for system installation, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Manage budgets and contracts related to IT systems and vendors
  • Develop contingency plans and risk management processes to ensure business continuity
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
  • Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.

About You:

  • 7-10 years - of experience in infrastructure operations with related supervisory, management and administrative experience; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, hands-on, environment.
  • Ability to make decisions and work with minimal direction.
  • Creative and change-oriented continuous improvement process skills.
  • Strong written, oral, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Self-starter who is assertive and energetic.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • Experienced in vendor management and negotiations.

The pay range for this role is $126,00.00 - $165,000.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
