Job description

Position:     Project Manager – Infrastructure Services

Duration:    24+ months Contract

Location:    Pontiac, MI

Summary

The PM oversees full project lifecycles — from RFP management and contract scope definition through execution, cutover planning, and closeout — while managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. The role requires deep familiarity with Cisco network infrastructure, network security frameworks and enterprise-grade access infrastructure. The PM drives KPI reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication using tools such as Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, and the full Microsoft 365 suite.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
  • X+ years of hands-on project management experience with a specific focus on enterprise network infrastructure and/or telecom/WAN modernization programs
  • Experience managing government or large enterprise IT contracts and RFP processes is a plus
