Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable managing complex infrastructure projects while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

This role requires someone who can quickly take ownership of projects already in progress, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting using Smartsheet.
  • Coordinate project activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Quickly assess and assume ownership of projects already in flight, ensuring continuity and successful execution.
  • Drive accountability across project teams while maintaining strong communication with leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience using Smartsheet as a project management tool.
  • Experience successfully managing projects involving several of the following technologies:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365
    • Wireless networking
    • End-user computing (desktop, laptop, device lifecycle, endpoint management)
    • ISP and telecommunications provisioning and vendor management
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Comfortable working with technical engineers, individual contributors, managers, executives, and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure environments and cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT organizations and third-party vendors.
