Job Summary:
Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager to join their Technology, Engineering, and Operations team. The role involves driving innovative design within a new cloud platform and guiding multiple teams towards cohesive implementation of strategic directives.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Drive innovative design within a new cloud platform
โ€ข Guide multiple teams across multiple business units to a cohesive implementation of strategic directives
โ€ข Participate in Agile ceremonies
โ€ข Collect user stories and assist with business requirements, acceptance criteria, estimating, and dependency determination
โ€ข Prepare written and verbal updates back to business units and stakeholders
โ€ข Assist with kickoffs, workshops and workflow decompositions and diagrams
โ€ข Identify, evaluate and assess risks, issues, actions, and constraints within the projects and escalate as necessary
โ€ข Create both short- and long-term plans for complex solutions, including determining milestones and critical dependencies
โ€ข Work with multiple project and program managers to coordinate and collaborate on complex solutions that may have wide-reaching impacts
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of experience
โ€ข Drive innovative design within a new cloud platform
โ€ข Guide multiple teams across multiple business units to a cohesive implementation of strategic directives
