Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure solutions across North and South America, supporting AFRY's cloud transformation, standardization, and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead infrastructure delivery projects (cloud, network, servers, workplace).
  • Execute Azure cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure deployments.
  • Support office setups, relocations, and M&A integrations.
  • Coordinate cross-country delivery across the Americas region.
  • Ensure infrastructure aligns with AFRY global standards and security policies.
  • Manage vendors and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure smooth transition to operations and ServiceNow documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure delivery experience.
  • Experience in regional or multi-country environments.
  • Proven cloud and infrastructure project delivery experience.

Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Windows/Linux servers and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls).
  • Identity management (Azure AD, Active Directory).
  • Automation (PowerShell, Terraform, ARM templates).
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow).

Soft Skills
