Job description


Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Lead

Position Overview

The IT Lead provides Tier 3 technical support and leads advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and infrastructure improvement. This role develops, maintains, and implements IT systems, applications, and network configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated service requests and technical issues.
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications.
  • Support end-users onsite, remotely, and via phone/email.
  • Provide technical leadership on Microsoft, Apple, and server systems.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years.
  • IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.
  • PMI certification.
  • Windows or Apple Certified Technician.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Jamf Pro.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

  • May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship
  • Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
