Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Administrator to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and server environments, maintaining security standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems across office and remote locations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily IT support to office-based and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security, ensuring high system availability.
  • Support Microsoft Azure administration and cloud-based services.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security, patch management, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
  • Manage IT assets, software licensing, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and equipment.
  • Maintain physical security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and server room security.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Experience supporting both onsite and remote users.
  • Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments and enterprise networks.
Preferred Certifications
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, Azure Administrator, or equivalent)
  • CompTIA Network+

  • Security+ (preferred)
