United Ag & Turf serves customers in a variety of industries such as commercial, construction, agricultural, as well as consumers. United Ag & Turf strives for exceptional customer experience throughout all our locations and departments including parts, sales, service, and transportation.

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Help Desk technician to join our team! This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the help desk by providing technical support to users on the company's computer systems and peripherals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and service to our employees by responding to inbound phone calls, email, or help desk requests for technical assistance
  • Effectively troubleshoots and repairs PC and peripheral hardware and software issues with minor assistance
  • Accurately diagnose problems with hardware and software on products offered through the dealership and provide solutions, if applicable
  • Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Complete all documents required in conjunction with work assignments
  • Escalates priority issues and provides communication to the department and management regarding critical system issues
  • Manages and creates user accounts, including new user setup, resetting of passwords and managing locked accounts.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on company devices. (Workstations, Printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
