Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to join a team responsible for building and enhancing a modern, enterprise-scale digital platform. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in Sitecore, .NET development, and Headless CMS architectures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable web solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position requires strong hands-on technical abilities, architectural understanding, and the ability to mentor and support other developers.
Responsibilities
Sitecore Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications utilizing the Sitecore platform
  • Build custom Sitecore modules, components, and integrations
  • Configure and extend Sitecore features including content management, personalization, and digital experiences
  • Support content delivery across modern headless architectures
Application Development
  • Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies
  • Design and implement integrations with external APIs, third-party applications, analytics platforms, and business systems
  • Develop and maintain GraphQL-based solutions and integrations
  • Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning
Headless Architecture
  • Work within a modern Headless CMS environment
  • Support integration between Sitecore and modern frontend frameworks
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless communication between presentation and content layers
  • Contribute to architecture and best practices supporting scalable, decoupled solutions
Quality & Delivery
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
