Now Hiring: Part-Time Dentist – Extractions & Oral Surgery
Part-Time | Onsite
Serving: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Hernando Counties, FL
Compensation: $600–$2,000 per day

Practice Dentistry Without the Corporate Hassle
Just Pull It Dental is expanding and looking for an experienced Dentist to join our growing clinical team on a part-time basis. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to dental extractions and urgent dental care, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a streamlined, efficient environment.


With more than 45,000 extractions performed, we’ve built a reputation for providing fast, compassionate treatment while eliminating many of the administrative challenges found in traditional dental practices.

What You’ll Do
As a member of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality dental care while helping patients find immediate relief from dental pain.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
  • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout every visit
  • Explain procedures, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory guidelines
  • Help create a positive, professional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Dental License required
  • Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in simple and surgical extractions
  • Experience with oral surgery procedures is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and chairside manner
  • Commitment to outstanding patient care and clinical excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
