Now Hiring: General Dentist – Extractions & Oral Surgery

Just Pull It Dental is seeking experienced General Dentists to join our growing team. We specialize exclusively in tooth extractions and urgent dental care, providing patients with fast, affordable treatment while giving our providers the opportunity to focus on clinical excellence. With more than 45,000 extractions completed, we've built a reputation for delivering efficient, compassionate care in a practice designed around dentistry—not production quotas or unnecessary administrative burdens.

Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, this is an excellent role for dentists who enjoy oral surgery procedures and want to practice in a supportive, patient-first environment.

As a General Dentist, you'll provide extraction-focused care while working alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
  • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Diagnose dental conditions related to urgent care and extractions
  • Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Follow all clinical, OSHA, and regulatory standards
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care during every patient interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida Dental License required
  • Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
  • Experience performing both simple and surgical extractions
  • Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
  • Excellent chairside manner and communication abilities

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
