Dentist Needed in Ozarks Highland Region of Missouri | $2.2M in Collections | Recognized as Best Practice in County

Position:

  • Established and award-winning practice looking to add a fulltime Dentist to team
  • Practice collected $2.2M last year, with Cash and PPO only patient panel
  • Averages 100 new patients a month, open 4 days a week, and has 8 fully equipped operatories
  • Team of 2 hygienists, 4 assistants, 3 operations team members, and 2 Dentist
  • One dentist is set to retire in 2026, looking for someone to absorb his patients and continue to grow it
  • General dentistry with crown, bridge, root canal, dentures, partials, cosmetic, and digitally set up
  • Current dentist average over $75,000 a month in production

Offering:

  • Monthly guarantee, plus % of adjusted production for first 6 months to get you ramped up
  • Dentists are earning over $275,000 a year, and this is growing
