In this context, we are seeking a Mananger, IT Solutions Delivery - Claims to play a key role in the evolution of delivery practices and the operational performance of the Pricing & Claims ecosystem.

Driven by excellence in IT delivery, your understanding of DevOps practices and your ability to build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams will help establish a structured, measurable, and sustainable delivery model. You will have a direct impact on end-to-end efficiency, including deliverable quality, automation, dependency management, continuous improvement, and a data and KPI-driven approach.

You will work closely with Pricing, New Business, Claims, and cross-functional teams to support multidisciplinary teams in delivering reliable and scalable solutions. You will operate within a Lean/SAFe environment, with direct involvement in the adoption of DevOps practices, legacy system modernization, and continuous improvement of delivery-related challenges.


What You'll Accomplish with Us

As a Manager, you will be at the heart of IT delivery performance. You will:

  • Lead and engage a multidisciplinary team (employees and external partners) to ensure optimal IT delivery performance.
  • Plan, prioritize, and balance workloads in collaboration with stakeholders (RTEs, project managers, managers).
  • Be accountable for IT solution delivery, service quality, and the operational performance of teams.
  • Drive development teams toward future-ready practices by accelerating the integration of AI and automation into day-to-day delivery activities.
  • Lead the adoption of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, observability) and continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators (e.g., DORA metrics) to optimize efficiency and identify pain points.
  • Manage critical incidents, escalations, and post-mortems to improve system reliability.
  • Align priorities, strategies, and practices with various IT teams and business partners.
  • Contribute to system modernization initiatives and the management of technical debt across IT assets.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing multidisciplinary technical teams (developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Leads, designers, system architects), with the ability to contribute to technical content and not solely people management.
  • Demonstrates inspiring leadership, critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, and strong influencing skills.
  • Has solid hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, monitoring) and delivery efficiency metrics (Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, MTTR).
  • Can assess technical quality (architecture, code, automation) and manage technology-related risks.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence models, including their capabilities, limitations, and impact on solution delivery speed.
  • Has strong proficiency with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools (SonarQube or equivalent), and monitoring/observability tools.
  • Stands out for the ability to succeed in complex, evolving, and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Is able to travel to the corporate headquarters in Quebec City once per month, as well as a minimum of four times per month to their home office (Montreal or Quebec City).
  • Has an advanced level of French proficiency (Spoken and written).
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires reading and writing documentation related to artificial intelligence, participating in specialized training, and attending weekly meetings with internal and external partners. A willingness to regularly read and consult specialized English-language content to stay informed of industry developments is also required.
