Job description

The Senior IT Procurement Analyst will support Inspire Brandsโ€™ strategic technology procurement initiatives, coordinating the full contract lifecycle management, ongoing supplier relationship management process, and contract negotiation activities. This role collaborates closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings, while ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and driving value through effective sourcing and contract negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the management of the IT Contract Lifecycle, overseeing administration of the Contract Management System and ensuring effective governance throughout all contract phases.
  • Prepare procurement managers for negotiation of agreements for IT hardware, software, and services, including amendments and revisions.
  • Take ownership of analytics supporting both short- and long-term IT contracts to secure optimal cost savings and service levels for Inspire Brands.
  • Design and deliver advanced reporting for the IT agreement renewal pipeline, providing key insights and recommendations to IT leadership and stakeholders through seamless Power BI Dashboards.
  • Advance the development and preparation of documentation for critical IT Procurement projects, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee regular reporting and KPI tracking to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Legal Operations Management, providing expert guidance on contract matters and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the IT Contractor Tracking, Reporting, and Onboarding Process, streamlining operations and ensuring effective integration of contractor resources into Inspireโ€™s IT environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 4โ€‘Year degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ yearsโ€™ experience in procurement, supply chain, or related IT discipline.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, lifecycle management and managing strategic relationships with IT vendors, legal teams and technology leaders.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and procurement systems.
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and ongoing maintenance.
Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
  • Excellent planning, organization, and followโ€‘through skills.
  • Strong negotiation and organization skills.
  • Ability to work with crossโ€‘functional teams, including legal, accounting, operations and management.
  • Ability to support IT Procurement related projects, RFPs and RFIs.
  • Ability to drive closure to vendor contract negotiations while balancing the commitment to budgets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products โ€“ Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Team player able to negotiate with users and members of IT to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate information to various audiences, including executive leadership.
