Job description

Seeking an experienced IT Consultant for infrastructire modernization enablement and support as part of a large federal customer program.

The IT Program Consultant will provide support to a large scale government IT Cloud Infrastructure Modernization program. Responsibilities include:  

  • Utilize Agile principles to coordinate ongoing program activities, such as knowledge management and risk/issue management.
  • Create ad-hoc and executive-level briefings, talking points, and communications plans for key stakeholders.
  • Engage with executive audiences via briefings and reports.
  • Help incorporate best practices and frameworks to maximize existing cloud infrastructure investments and demonstrate clearer return on investment.
  • Provide technical expertise for integrating new and emerging technologies (quantum computing, edge computing, AI, IoT).
  • Establish performance optimization and continuous improvement programs to drive ongoing enhancements and efficiencies.

The successful candidate must be able to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC

The projected compensation range for this position is $95K - $120K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual''s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting with focus on cloud infrastructure modernization and enablement
