Medical Billing Manager Scottsdale, AZ $27-$32 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Temp-to-Hire Hiring Now: Medical Billing Manager A respected healthcare organization in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager to join its growing team. As a third-party recruiting partner, we are searching for a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in medical billing, accounts receivable, revenue cycle management, and healthcare reimbursement. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make an immediate impact while building a long-term career with a stable healthcare organization. What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day medical billing and revenue cycle operations
  • Oversee claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable activities
  • Monitor billing workflows and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement and efficiency
  • Analyze aging reports, collections performance, and billing metrics
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, healthcare regulations, and billing standards
  • Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to resolve complex billing issues
  • Train and support billing staff while promoting accountability and productivity
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and revenue cycle improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare accounts receivable management
  • Supervisory or leadership experience within a healthcare billing environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processing, denials, appeals, and collections
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and reimbursement guidelines
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
