Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works generally self-supported in the following tasks:
  • Providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, assisting with network management
  • Supports Administrative Functions such as but not limited to:
  • Adding & Disabling users in Active Directory / Azure
  • Resetting Passwords
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Windows Servers and IT Backups
  • Deploying and Maintaining SharePoint and Teams SitesSupporting IT Cyber Security and Network environment, following policies and procedures.
  • Procurement of tools/computer equipment to support IT/User Needs (based on Budget).
  • Deploys, configures, and supports both Windows and macOS, and Mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves incidents related to Windows (or Mac when needed), hardware, and software in general.
  • Analyzes and resolves network connectivity, VPN, and conference room equipment issues.
  • Follows defined processes to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
  • Monitoring network devices and use of security dashboards to maintain endpoint protection and mobile device management applications (Intune).
  • Supports and maintains IP phones, printers, monitors, and other IT assets/peripherals.
  • Manages Software Licenses and IT Fixed Assets.
  • Maintains the IT open issue log through ATL's ticketing system.
  • On-call support during the month when needed (mainly for maintenance, hardware changes, network projects).
  • Operate in a muti-regional team, reporting to a remote management structure.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Language Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of IT principles, proficiency in common software and hardware, and strong troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of the following is preferred:
  • Office 365 Management
  • Networking / Switching-Wireless
  • Telecommunications in general
  • Agile Methodologies (is a plus)
  • A+ / Network+ desired

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience writing documentation.
  • Willingness to improve existing processes and develop new ones.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer satisfaction with an established track record of supporting IT helpdesk customers in a high-performing, reliable manner
