We are looking for a skilled Help Desk professional to join our team in White GA 30184 USA. As a company committed to excellence, we need someone who can provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests
- Collaborate with other teams to improve our products and services
- Identify trends in support requests and provide feedback to improve our processes
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
