Job description

IT Support Specialist

Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $25$32 per hour

The Management Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations. This is a strong opportunity for someone with one to two years of help desk or desktop support experience who wants to expand their skills in a growing organization. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, patient, approachable, and able to explain solutions without overwhelming the person they are helping.

What Youll Do

  • Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues
  • Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees
  • Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation
  • Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely

What Were Looking For

  • One to two years of help desk, desktop support, or related IT experience
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge
