TYPICAL WORK PERFORMED

Provide administrative support for procurement > Research and Approve IT purchase request

Assist with quotes for IT purchases

Assist with new contract procurement and renewal of existing contracts

Develop, design, and implement IT asset management business processes

Provide general IT budget tracking and support

Assist with Contract terms and conditions

Manage Contracts Database

Write Scopes of Work (SOW)

Develop Short Form Contracts and SOW > Research Contracts available for IT Solutions
