Position: IT Technician
i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a candidate to fill the position of IT Technician. The right individual is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operations of IT systems. The IT Technician is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network systems and IP based devices on the i-80 Gold network to ensure reliability, integrity, and availability for the operation. The IT Technician reports directly to the Director of IT, in all aspects of the i-80 Gold user and network environment and is accountable for all aspects of first level support within that environment.
Location: Reno , NV (Some travel required)

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as software and hardware manuals, and system configuration requirements
  • Ability to speak effectively to management to understand issues and provide adequate solution
