Job description

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks an Application Development Senior Advisor for the St. Louis, MO location to develop and support conversational Call flow to meet the overall goal of the business and program.
Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a large transformational program team that will enable many lines of business in the enterprise.
• Enable meaningful and personalized customer experience in the assisted service channels (voice, text, chat) and lead the organization in adopting increasingly advanced capabilities.
• Build, develop, and support Conversational IVRs (Integrated Voice Response) and perform unit and component tests aligned to business needs and in accordance with technology architecture standards.
• Build, configure and implement CAI applications.
• Design user experience for multimedia applications.
• In conjunction with the Solution Architect, assist the Application Owner, Development Manager, and Technical Delivery Lead by providing effort estimates for new projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application (e.g. cross-capability/release issues).
• Collaborate and interact directly with design, business and technology partners.
• Perform technical planning, integration, systems analysis, design, development, unit and component systems testing and support-maintenance.
• Create and maintain quality code.
• Ensure defect free programming consistent with standards.
• Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment and participate in reviewing peer coding.
• May work remotely.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or Engineering and 5 years of experience.
• Must have experience with: Conversational AI development;
• IVR application development;
• Genesys including Genesys GVP and Genesys Desktop;
• Java Development including VXML and client backend integration;
• Jira or similar tools; Confluence or similar tools;
• Working within a large-scale financial enterprise environment;
• Voice and digital domain testing tools such as Hammer and Cyara;
• Spring/Springboot; JavaScript; Hibernate; RestAPI; Microservices;
• MongoDB; Kafka; Rabbit MQ; Redis; Postgre SQL;
• Oracle SQL; HTML; ReactJS; AWS; Kubernetes; Jenkins; React;
• Testing technologies including Junit, EasyMock, and Mockito;
• Monitoring instrumentation using Graphite, Splunk, and Grafana;
• KORE Platform; and Nuance.
