Our EdTech ISV sales team supports the largest and most impactful Education Technology companies in the world as they strive to transform learning experiences and outcomes through application of AI and emerging technologies. We are looking for a Sales Manager to manager a team of AWS Account Managers selling into a named set of enterprise EdTech ISV customers to drive growth and innovation with them.
This leader will be responsible for driving revenue, customer success, and cloud adoption through high-touch engagement, executive sponsorship, and ecosystem development.

Key job responsibilities
- Build, lead, and inspire a field sales team supporting enterprise EdTech ISV companies
- Own the full talent lifecycle for your team, including performance management, pipeline development, and career growth
- Engage directly with customers, CxOs, boards, AWS Partners, and key customer stakeholders to support your team's success in driving AI, cloud, and technology strategies in their accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Training) to align on customer acquisition, growth, and success plans
- Guide ongoing strategic account planning and execution to deliver revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and adoption milestones
- Develop executive relationships with key customers and deliver business reviews with AWS senior leadership
- Identify new go-to-market opportunities and develop mechanisms to accelerate time-to-value for customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
