Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality engineering governance for a large-scale SAP and enterprise testing transformation program. This role will serve as the primary on-site quality leader responsible for overall testing governance, stakeholder management, operational oversight, capacity planning, and quality delivery coordination across integrated testing and automation workstreams.

The QA Manager will act as the central governance lead between client leadership and delivery teams, ensuring quality objectives, testing priorities, operational risks, and execution plans are aligned to release and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Leadership
• Lead overall QA governance for the engagement across integrated testing, automation operations, and quality engineering workstreams
• Serve as the primary on-site quality leadership contact for client stakeholders
• Establish governance cadence, reporting mechanisms, risk management processes, and escalation protocols
• Drive quality planning aligned with program release cycles and enterprise delivery milestones
• Manage quality operating model and ensure alignment across onshore and offshore teams Stakeholder Management
• Partner with client program leadership, business stakeholders, architecture teams, and delivery leads
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and quality reviews
• Communicate program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions clearly to stakeholders
• Support release decision forums with quality status and recommendations Operational Oversight
• Lead workload prioritization and quality demand planning across workstreams
• Oversee capacity forecasting, utilization management, and resource alignment
• Monitor execution against agreed priorities and quality objectives
• Ensure delivery teams maintain quality standards, timelines, and governance discipline Risk & Issue Management
• Identify quality risks across testing, automation, environments, data, and releases
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management
• Coordinate cross-functional remediation actions for critical quality blockers

• Support toolchain governance and quality engineering process enhancement Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of QA and testing experience
• 6+ years in QA leadership or test governance roles
• Strong SAP testing program governance experience
• Experience managing enterprise-scale testing programs in complex transformation environments
• Experience working in hybrid onshore and offshore delivery models
