Job Description
Accelerate adoption and operational deployment of all Ultra I&C products across Joint, Coalition, and Federal mission environments. This role with have a specific focus on the Marine Corps, MARFORSYSCOM and MAGTF C2 program office.
This is not a traditional pre-sales engineer role. It is a mission-focused integration position requiring hands-on deployment expertise, operational credibility, and the ability to translate technical capability into mission impact.

Partner with Business Development, Sales, Program Management and Solutions Architecture to shape and win new opportunities. Develop technical integration approaches, white papers, and CONOPS. Deliver technical briefings to operational and executive stakeholders. Support trade shows, industry days, and mission exercises. Research the C2 market for competition, trends, partner opportunities and innovative solutions. Lead field integration of Ultra products into MAOCs/AOCs/MOCs, ISR cells, Tactical edge environments, Sensor and CUAS ecosystems Troubleshoot interoperability and performance issues in live environments. Serve as the primary (or secondary) technical point of contact during exercises, demonstrations or technical discussions. Translate system performance and integration constraints into operational terms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Min. 8 years supporting DoW mission systems, C2, ISR, or tactical networking. Experience integrating tactical data links, ISR systems, or gateway architectures either as an operator, analyst, JICO or tech. Experience with DoW tactical and operational levels of war - have you been in real world/exercise scenarios in which DoW missions are conducted. Experience with service level, joint or coalition data link networks. Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Deep USMC operational background, experience with fielded USMC C2, ISR or gateway systems either as operator, analyst, leader or tech. Hands-on Linux, virtualization, and container deployment experience. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (Layer 2/3, VLANs, firewall rules). Experience operating in classified environments. Combination skillset of understanding operations with at least an intermediate level of understanding the technology behind the systems.
