Job description

**This position is contingent upon contract award** Amentum is seeking an ISR Tactical Controller to support the Joint Interagency Task Force - Counter Cartel (JIATF-CC) in El Paso, TX. JIATF-CC operates under U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) to enhance intelligence, surveillance, and operational coordination in counter-cartel and counter-transnational criminal organization missions. In this role, you will deliver actionable intelligence, ISR tactical support, and facilitate interagency collaboration to directly impact national security. Join our team and play a critical part in securing the southern border and disrupting transnational threats. Primary Job Duties: * Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments. * Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets. * Assist with daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, story boards, images and video capturing. * Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements. * Part of a 24-hour operations center and must be willing to cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows. Minimum Requirements: * Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS SCI). Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by and accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. * Minimum 2 years' experience and capabilities for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas. * Minimum 2 years' experience and capabilities within a military setting for managing a multitude of tasks associated with being an ISR Tactical Controller. * Graduate of ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years preferred. * ITC Graduate Preferred. $70,000 - $120,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
