We are looking to hire an ISR Tactical Controller to join our team in El Paso, TX. This position will support the Joint Interagency Task Force - Counter Cartel (JIATF-CC), which synchronizes interagency intelligence, planning, and operational support to disrupt cartel and transnational criminal organization networks. The ISR Tactical Controller will be responsible for the following: * Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments. * Execute cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time-sensitive targets. * Assist with daily operations center reporting and process, to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, storyboards, images, and video capturing. * Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements. * Part of a 24-hour operations center, and must be willing to cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows. * Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
* Shall demonstrate at least 2 years' experience and capabilities for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas.
* Shall demonstrate at least 2 years' experience and capabilities within a military setting for managing a multitude of tasks associated with being an ISR Tactical Controller. Required Security Clearance: * Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance Travel Requirements: * Up to 10% travel for Temporary Duty Yonder (TDY) travel may be required; some overnight stays possible.
