Key Responsibilities

Develop and administer IT training programs and materials
Create assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees
Develop content using GLX and iSpring (tests, visuals, voiceovers, certifications)
Stay updated on training trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with GLX (Global Learning Exchange)
Experience in training development and delivery
