  • Ability to program and tool change CNC machines (horizontal mills)
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot robots and automation
  • Ability to train and provide direction to tool changers
  • Ability to manage projects and kaizen activities
  • Tracking cycle time and takt time
  • All other duties as assigned
