Job description

Responsibilities
The Paramedic provides advanced prehospital emergency care to patients across a wide geographic area with limited resources and extended response/transport times. Requires a high degree of clinical autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in isolated settings without immediate backup. Balances high-quality patient care, safe transport, and community-oriented service while maintaining readiness of vehicles and equipment in a rural EMS environment.
**This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record**
