Temporary jobs often require quick adaptation to new environments and teams, which can be challenging for some individuals. You'll be expected to learn processes and expectations rapidly, sometimes with minimal onboarding. The 3 month rule for jobs typically refers to the practice of evaluating an employee's performance within the first three months of employment, often called a probationary period. For temporary jobs, this period can also relate to contract duration or eligibility for benefits, depending on company policies.
